The Basics of E-Commerce Law is a pioneer venture in the Croatian legal literature in terms of the presentation of this topic that has been present globally for some time. The book presents the basic legislation, both Croatian and international, while simultaneously presenting the basics of business using electronic networks and computers from the legal aspect.
