Stjepan Matić LLM

Stjepan Matić graduated in Trade Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Split in 2019 addressing the topic Electronic Commerce Agreements, where he provided a comprehensive explanation of specific methods of entering agreements over the Internet, as well as rights and obligations of the parties to the agreement.

During his studies he received the Dean’s Award for the best scientific paper addressing the topic Application and Implementation of Directive 2012/29/EU on Establishing Minimum Standards on the Rights, Support and Protection of Victims of Crime in the Croatian Criminal Procedural Law.

He co-operated with Theories of State and Law Department where he corrected seminar papers of students of the Faculty of Law written in the English language.

He perfected his knowledge of the English language at most reputable world universities such as Oxford and Cambridge.

Upon the completion of his studies at the Faculty of Law, he became a member of the team in Tin Matić & Partners Law Firm where he contributes as a trainee lawyer to solving legal problems faced by clients on a daily basis.
